TOP 39 Bilheterias Domésticas Japonesas de 2015

O Destaque fica para as animações que fazem presença maciça e lideram o topo das paradas com 12 filmes, embora em menor quantidade que as adaptações em live action que recheiam o meio com 13. Os filmes sem ligação com a indústria otaku dominam com 14 posições, masse concentram mais ao final da tabela.
O que se dá pra tirar com isso é que as adaptações de anime TV para animações cinematográficas sempre foi prática da indústria desde Yamato Space Battleship Yamato 2199 em 1977, mas nunca foi tão popular quanto atualmente. Das 12 animações longa-metragem que aparecem na lista,  apenas 2 são originais – The Boy and The Beast, do Mamoru Hosoda, e Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterun Da. da mesma equipe de AnoHana.
